EmitSourceReferences
Gets or sets whether each laid-out glyph run carries the document text it came from
(GlyphRun.Source), for a caller of Layout(WordDocument, ConvertOptions?) that
maps a point on a page back to the document. Default false.

Remarks
It changes no output: renderers ignore sources, so a PDF or an image is the same bytes
with it on or off. On, layout reads the NodeId of every text run it lays out.
