Remarks

Phase 83 measured Microsoft's upgrader (RDLUpgrader.UpgradeToCurrent) and reproduces it for what its probes cover. What is reported here is kept, not dropped, so nothing is lost; but the result is not valid in the target schema until it is converted by hand. Raised by ReportDefinitionUpgrade.Upgrade, once per element.
