DivRound(long, long)

Divides two 64-bit integers, rounding the quotient half away from zero.

Parameters

value long: The dividend.
divisor long: The divisor. Must not be zero.

Returns

long: The rounded quotient.

Exceptions

DivideByZeroException: divisor is zero.
OverflowException: An intermediate value overflows a long.
