Property Ligatures
Ligatures
Gets the ligature features the run asks for, through the language system its script and
language select. Layout sets it from the run's w14:ligatures where Word would
apply them (WORDQUIRKS.md WQ-0087). The built-in shaper reads this alone for text outside
Arabic and Hebrew; the constructors without the parameter state
None, so EnableStandardLigatures on those is
a hint for a third-party shaper, as it always was.
