Remarks

A title is modelled as its text (Title, Title) and one set of text properties for the whole of it. The runs are kept beside that for the one thing a title's runs differ in that changes what is drawn where: the 2 of CO2 or of m2, raised or lowered and reduced (a:rPr/@baseline). A run's other properties are not modelled per run.

The shift is which side of the baseline the run is on and not how far: the attribute is a percentage, and the run is drawn by the rule body text has for w:vertAlign.
