Property AcceptsExpression
AcceptsExpression
Gets a value indicating whether the child may hold an expression (=...), or null where nothing says.
public bool? AcceptsExpression { get; }
Property Value
- bool?
Remarks
Measured against Microsoft's engine (Phase 81). Every string child was set to =( in host
reports, once per kind of report item it occurs under, and rendered: the engine failing to compile it as an
expression is a yes. The engine's own report-definition object model, which stores an expression-capable
property as an expression, is the second witness; either one saying so is a yes, because the engine skips
properties that do not apply where they stand (a rectangle's TextAlign is never compiled).
A child that holds a typed literal — a boolean, a number, a size, a schema enumeration — or other elements is false. Null is the handful no host reached and no model property names.
