Generated from the four committed XSDs. Each 2016 type is matched to the types that stand in its place in an
older schema — from the root by child name, by an equal named type, and by the two restructurings in between:
2008 moved the page properties from Report into Page, and 2010 moved Body,
Width and Page into ReportSection. A child the older type declares under the same name
was there.
