Limits

Gets the resource caps applied to the save: the same type, with the same defaults, as Limits.

Remarks

The cap a writer reads is MaxOutputBytes, and every built-in writer reads it: DOCX, RTF, HTML, Markdown, plain text, ODT, EPUB and RDL. It is off unless set, as it is on a conversion, so a save that sets nothing writes what it always wrote.

Until this property existed Save(WordDocument, Stream, string, SaveOptions?) handed the writer no limits at all, so none of those checks could be reached from the facade: a document loaded with a 16-byte cap saved 2,072 bytes of DOCX.

With Encryption set, the cap is charged against the package the writer produces, before it is encrypted; the encrypted file is somewhat larger.
