DropExpression(DesignBand, int, int, string)

Drops an expression at a point: a built-in field (=Globals!PageNumber) or a parameter (=Parameters!Region.Value) dragged from the data pane. On a textbox it replaces the value; elsewhere it creates a textbox holding it. One undo entry either way.
