PointerDown(DesignBand, int, int, bool)

Pointer-down on a band: places the armed tool, grabs a handle, selects and starts a move, or starts a rubber band (A.2, A.3).

public bool PointerDown(DesignBand band, int x, int y, bool shift)

Parameters

band DesignBand

The band.

x int

The x in the band's twips.

y int

The y in the band's twips.

shift bool

Whether Shift is held.

Returns

bool

True when a drag began and the pointer should be captured.
