Class LocalReportViewerBackend

Namespace
ReportWright.Blazor
Assembly
ReportWright.Blazor.dll

The in-process backend for Blazor Server: the host hands it how to load a definition, the live data provider (the ASP.NET Core package's router, usually), the fonts and the exporter. No package dependency in either direction; the host wires one into the other.

Constructors

LocalReportViewerBackend(FontEngine, Func<string, CancellationToken, Task<ReportDefinition>>, ReportDataProvider, IReadOnlyList<string>?, Func<ReportPageModel, string, CancellationToken, ExportedReport>?, Func<string, ReportSubreportResolver?>?)

Initializes the backend.

Properties

Clock

Gets or sets the clock; the host's local time by default.

Culture

Gets the user's culture, or null for the report's own language.

ExportFormats

Gets the export format names on offer.

Fonts

Gets the font engine the viewer measures with — the same faces on every side.

Now

Gets the clock a run reads for Globals!ExecutionTime.

RunCulture

Gets or sets the culture runs use, or null for the report's own language.

Methods

CreateDataProviderAsync(string, ReportDefinition, IReadOnlyDictionary<string, ReportParameterValue>, CancellationToken)

Supplies the data for one run. In-process this is the live provider; over HTTP every dataset's rows are fetched here first, because the engine asks synchronously and a browser cannot answer that way.

CreateSubreportResolver(string)

Resolves subreports for a run, or null when the host offers none.

ExportAsync(string, ReportPageModel, IReadOnlyDictionary<string, ReportParameterValue>, string, CancellationToken)

Exports a run.

LoadDefinitionAsync(string, CancellationToken)

Loads a report definition.
