The designer's backend in a Blazor Server application: it lists, loads and saves the host's ReportStore and answers the data pane through the host's metadata service, asking the host's ReportPermissions about the signed-in user first, as the REST API does. The preview runs through a ServerReportViewerBackend for the same user.
