LoadAsync(string, IReadOnlyDictionary<string, ReportParameterValue>?, bool, bool, CancellationToken)

Loads a report: its definition, layout and prompts. Any previous report, sorts and toggles are dropped.

public Task LoadAsync(string path, IReadOnlyDictionary<string, ReportParameterValue>? hostParameters, bool hideHostParameters, bool run, CancellationToken cancellationToken)

Parameters

path string

The report's path in the backend.

hostParameters IReadOnlyDictionary<string, ReportParameterValue>

Values the host supplies, which the user's own values start from; null for none.

hideHostParameters bool

Whether the supplied parameters are kept out of the parameter bar.

run bool

Whether to run the report once the prompts are resolved.

cancellationToken CancellationToken

Cancels the work.

Returns

Task

A task that completes when the report is loaded (and run, when asked).
