XmlDataSourceProvider

Rows embedded in the report itself: the dataset's command text is an XML document whose Data element holds one child per row, as Report Builder's sample reports carry theirs. Column types come from the dataset's declared field types (rd:TypeName) when the query carries them, else every column is text. Reads nothing outside the report.
