Remarks

For a turned textbox Lines are laid out in an upright frame and are not page positions: the frame's top-left is (ContentLeft, ContentTop), it is ContentHeight wide along the reading direction and ContentWidth tall across it, and a line's left and baseline are measured in it. To place a frame point (x, y) on the page, for Vertical: (ContentLeft + ContentWidth - (y - ContentTop), ContentTop + (x - ContentLeft)); for Rotate270: (ContentLeft + (y - ContentTop), ContentTop + ContentHeight - (x - ContentLeft)). Upright, the lines are page positions as always.
