AddReportWright(IServiceCollection, Action<ReportWrightOptions>?)

Adds the runner, the session cache and the options. The host registers its own ReportStore, DataSourceResolver and ReportPermissions; the defaults (an empty in-memory store, a resolver that resolves nothing, allow-everything permissions) are for samples and tests.
