Remarks

An abstract class rather than an interface, for the reason DocWright's own seams give: a member can be added in a later version without breaking a host's implementation, which an interface on netstandard2.0 cannot do.

Gets the data sources this host offers report authors, by name and kind and never with a secret, for a designer's "new data source" list. Empty by default: a resolver that resolves names dynamically lists nothing and an author types the name.
