Initializes the description.

public DataSourceInfo(string name, string kind, string? description = null)

Parameters

name string: The data source name a report uses.
kind string: The provider kind: SQL, REST, JSON, CSV, XML, or a host's own.
description string: What it is, for a person choosing it, or null.

DataSourceInfo(string, string, string?, bool)

Initializes the description of an embedded or a shared data source.

public DataSourceInfo(string name, string kind, string? description, bool isShared)

Parameters

name string: The data source name a report uses, or a shared data source's reference.
kind string: The provider kind.
description string: What it is, for a person choosing it, or null.
isShared bool: True for a shared data source, which a report references (DataSourceReference) rather than embeds.
