The topmost, deepest item under a point in a band (A.2.2); z-order is the item order.

Parameters

band DesignBand

The band.

x int

The x coordinate relative to the band.

y int

The y coordinate relative to the band.

Returns

RdlElement

The item, or null for empty canvas.
