Whether a field is numeric by its designer type name; a field whose type is unknown is not.

public bool IsNumericField(string? dataSetName, string field)

Parameters

dataSetName string

The dataset's name, or null for the first.

field string

The field.

Returns

bool

True for the integral and floating types.
