Builds the Tablix shapes exactly as the engine accepts them (proved by the oracle): a table, a matrix and a list. Names are made unique against the report and within the new element.

The field names of a dataset, in order.
- FirstDataSet()
The first dataset of the document, or null.
- Fresh(string)
A name not used in the report nor by anything this builder created.
- List(string, string?, IReadOnlyList<string>, int)
A list: one column, one details row holding a rectangle with a textbox per field stacked inside.
- Matrix(string, string?, string, string, string)
A matrix: a row group with a total row, a column group with a total column, and Sum in every body cell.
- Table(string, string?, IReadOnlyList<string>, int)
A table: a bold header row and a details row, one column per field (two empty columns without fields).
- Textbox(string, string, bool)
A textbox the way the builder shapes one: one run, the value, optional bold, 2pt padding.
