CanMove(TablixMemberView, bool)

Whether a member can swap places with its previous (up) or next (down) sibling: it needs a sibling, and no merged cell may straddle the two.

public bool CanMove(TablixMemberView member, bool up)

Parameters

member TablixMemberView

The member.

up bool

True to move before the previous sibling.

Returns

bool

True when MoveMember(TablixMemberView, bool) would act.
