ToRdl(string, string?)

The RDL spelling of a designer chart type: a pie and a doughnut are Type="Shape" with the kind as the subtype, as Report Builder writes them and the engine reads them; the others are their own type with the subtype given. (Writing Type="Pie" made the engine refuse the chart with DXP9405.)

Parameters

chartType string

The designer type: Column, Bar, Line, Area, Pie, Doughnut.

subtype string

The designer subtype, ignored for a pie or a doughnut.

Returns

KeyValuePair<string, string>

The RDL Type and Subtype.
