FromReader(string, ReportDataReader, CancellationToken)

Reads a reader to its end. The reader's own guard caps what this can hold.

The dataset's name.

reader ReportDataReader

The reader, which is read but not disposed.

cancellationToken CancellationToken

Cancels the read.
