CreateItem(ReportItemDescriptor, RdlElement, int, int)

Creates an item from a descriptor at a point in a container and selects it (A.3.5).

public RdlElement CreateItem(ReportItemDescriptor descriptor, RdlElement container, int left, int top)

Parameters

descriptor ReportItemDescriptor

The item kind.

container RdlElement

The band element or rectangle to hold it.

left int

The left edge relative to the container.

top int

The top edge relative to the container.

Returns

RdlElement

The new item.
