AddReportWrightComponents(IServiceCollection, Action<ReportWrightOptions>?)

Adds everything AddReportWright(IServiceCollection, Action<ReportWrightOptions>?) adds, and a ServerReportViewerBackend and a ServerReportDesignerBackend per circuit, so the viewer and the designer work in interactive server render mode with no adapter code. Call it instead of AddReportWright, not as well. The host still registers its own ReportStore, DataSourceResolver and ReportPermissions, before or after this call; a backend registered before it is kept.
